Task List:

In the Task List, the details of all tasks assigned to users are displayed in one place, allowing you to manage workflow in a more organised way. When you access the task list page, users who receive the task will be able to follow the title of the task, the person who added it, the status of the task, the start and end date. The user who gives the task can edit, delete or cancel the task at any time. You can change the display table according to yourself in the Edit Columns section, and you can also use the filtering options to easily find the tasks you want on this page and create a filter of your own.

Task Filtering / Listing:

Filtering options can be used to list only the desired tasks in the Tasks List. There are various filtering options to organise users’ work and focus on specific tasks. These filtering options allow users to manage and prioritise their work more effectively.

Task Priority: Priority levels are set as Urgent, High, Medium and Low and users can sort tasks according to their priority. This allows users to focus on the tasks they need to work on first.

Task Status: Tasks can be in states such as ‘Completed’, ‘In Progress’ or ‘Expired’. By seeing tasks in a certain status or filtering tasks that are not in a certain status, users can see their priority tasks and organise them better.

Start and End Date: This can be used to focus on tasks within a specific time range or to identify tasks with an upcoming due date.

These filtering options allow users to better manage their work in the Task List and help them organise their workflow more effectively.

Quick Task Creation:

Quick Task Creation is a tool that includes only the mandatory fields of the normal task creation steps, thus allowing you to create tasks quickly and practically without requiring much detail. The Create Quick Task button is next to Create Task in the upper right corner of the screen. When clicked, a form with 3 questions will appear and when you press save, you will have created the task.

All tasks created quickly have the same features as normal tasks. They can be edited, changed or deleted later. Features such as User Assignment, End Date appear in the Task List just like normal tasks.

Create Task:

The Create Task button is located at the top right of the screen next to Quick Create Task and directs you to the Create Task page where you can create a task in detail. The Create Task button does not keep you in the page like Quick Create Task, but redirects you directly to a new page.
